Terms of Use

The rules for using this website and, during the private preview, the GroundDeck service.

Last updated 7 September 2026

Good-faith document, not legal advice. This text is a starting point written by the operator and will be reviewed by counsel before GroundDeck serves the public at scale. It says what it is.

Using this website

You may read and link to grounddeck.com freely. The texts, illustrations and design of this site belong to the operator unless stated otherwise. Please do not scrape or republish them wholesale.

Using GroundDeck

GroundDeck lets you describe an idea and generates a working web app you can preview and publish. During the private preview, access is granted individually and can be withdrawn. You are responsible for the apps you create and publish and for how they are used.

Acceptable use

Do not use GroundDeck to build or publish anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, including phishing, malware, harassment, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may remove published apps and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Generation may be rate-limited or paused to control cost. We may change or discontinue features, and we will say so when we do.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, generate, host and serve it so the product works.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for the breach of essential contractual duties limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability, including for injury to life, body or health, is unaffected.

Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain in force.
